What is it?
The strategic consultancy grant is a support available to Enterprise Ireland customers to fund the cost of developing a Climate Action Strategy.
Large Company: Eligible projects must be to develop an organisational carbon reduction roadmap. Large companies are not eligible for other strategic assignments under Strategic Consultancy Grant. The Strategic Consultancy Grant cannot be used to subsidise regular company operating costs. Routine or ongoing outsourced consultancy costs such as PR, marketing, legal, financial costs are not eligible for support.
Based on our usual approach this will provide you with a detailed carbon footprint calculation across the full scope of your emissions, a review of opportunities to reduce emissions and the compilation of a detailed strategy to meet your long term goals.

This is open to Enterprise Ireland client companies. Large companies are eligible for Strategic Consultancy Grant support to develop an organisational carbon reduction roadmap. For further information on eligibility contact us and we can help you.
As part of the application you will need to supply resource usage information. Namely kWh ofelectricity and gas, litres of fuel, litres of water, waste details, number of flights etc, per annum. We can help you to gather these ahead of talking to your development adviser.
The Strategic Consultancy Grant cannot be used to subsidise regular company operating costs. Large companies are not eligible for other strategic assignments under Strategic Consultancy Grant.

- Detailed Strategy Development
The voucher covers either technical or advisory services related to the Operations of the business from an approved service provider up to a value of €35,000. A maximum daily rate of €900 for consultants inclusive of travel and subsistence and all out of pocket expenses shall apply. It is expected that the support would be provided over a period of 12 months.
